Hotfix 1 live status
The August 16 developer update says Hotfix 1 is live now on all platforms. Its Server Browser Improvements include more frequent automatic refreshes, hiding full servers by default and prioritizing low-ping servers with 80 or fewer players. It also lists further AMD GPU and server stability work.
- Server Browser: refresh, default full-server visibility and ranking changed.
- AMD GPUs: further stability improvements were implemented; this is not phrased as a complete resolution.
- PlayStation 5: Team17 says it Resolved an issue that could cause audio to cut out for a period of time.
- Other tracked issues: the developer says work continues on more patches.
How we classify reports
An issue is marked Officially confirmed only when it appears in an official Hell Let Loose or Steam communication. Tested by us requires a recorded platform, hardware configuration and build. Community-reported items never inherit official status without a matching primary source.
What to do before troubleshooting
Confirm that the current build is installed, then record your platform, build, GPU driver, server region and exact error. Apply one reversible change at a time and re-check the living developer communications thread before editing files or reinstalling the game.
